This WOD has an 8:00 cap. Once you finish the 100 tabata-style free-standing squats, complete as many rounds/reps as possible with the remaining time:
20 yard farmer's walk (70/50)
10 ring dips

*Use 70/50lb DBs or KBs for farmer's walk*
