*Do 2 reps every 1:00*

WOD
Death by 10 yards!
With a continuously running clock, do the following...
1st 30 seconds = 10 yard sprint
2nd 30 seconds = 20 yard shuttle
3rd 30 seconds = 30 yard shuttle
4th 30 seconds = 40 yard shuttle
5th 30 seconds = 50 yard shuttle
etc.

Continue until you can't complete the required distance in 30 seconds
