Tabata style Chipper
How fast can you complete?
40 KB swings (24/16)
50 hand-release pushups
60 walking lunges
50 sumo deadlift high pulls (70/50lb or 32/24kg)
40 pull-ups

*Tabata style means you will do 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest*
