Skill practice: Muscle-ups

WOD

How many rounds/reps can you complete in 20:00?
.50 bike
10 burpees
25 box jumps (24/18")
10 handstand pushups
20 unbroken ground to over head (65/45)

*Ground to over heads must be done unbroken. Dropping the bar or resting the bar on the ground for more than 2 seconds will terminate the round and the athlete must start the round over.*

    10 handstand pushups - belly to wall, 2 pads
    20 unbroken ground to over head (65/45) - 45lbs.


    Completed 2 full rounds + 7 HS pushups
