Front squat: 2-2-2-2-2-2
*Do 2 reps every 1:30*

WOD
"Death by Burpees!"
How many reps can you complete?
1st minute = 5 burpees
2nd minute = 6 burpees
3rd minute = 7 burpees
4th minute = 8 burpees
5th minute = 9 burpees
6th minute = 10 burpees
etc...

Continue until you can't complete the required # of burpees.
