"Death by Free-standing Squats"
With a continuously running clock, do 2 free-standing squats during the first minute, 4 free-standing squats during the second minute, 6 free-standing squats during the third minute, and continue to add 2 squats every minute until you can't complete the required # of squats in the minute.
