WOD

How fast can you complete?
50 jumping jacks
50 pushups
50 sit-ups
50 mountain climbers (25 each leg)
50 lunges (25 each leg)
50 hanging knee raises (or) lying leg raises
50 jumping jacks


Skill practice - 20:00 
Continue to improve at the skills you struggle with. Even if that skill is an Olympic lift, you can still practice them with a broom stick or PVC pipe.
