100yd run (20kg plate)
5 burpees
15 sit-ups
100 yd run (20kg plate)
5 get-ups
15+15 twisting abs
90yd run (20kg plate)
5 burpees
15 sit-ups
90yd run (20kg plate)
5 get-ups
15+15 twisting abs
80 yd run (20kg plate)
5 burpees
15 sit-ups
80yd run (20kg plate)
5 get-ups
15+15 twisting abs
... continue this pattern until you finish with a 10yd run (20kg plate), 5 get-ups and 15+15 twisting abs.
This workout ends with a 400 yard shuttle (100x100x100x100) with no weight
