21 sumo deadlift high pulls (32/24kg or 75/55lb)
75 double-unders
400 M run
21 sumo deadlift high pulls
75 double-unders
800 M run
21 sumo deadlift high pulls

*You may use a KB or barbell for the sumo deadlift high pulls*
Finisher:
50 dips (ring, regular, or bench)
