    Only did 60 PUs bc hand ripped and accidentally did 24kg on KB instead of 20kg. That evens out right?

    70 KB Swings (8)
    60 Wall Ball (10)
    50 Front Squat (45)
    40 Power Clean (45)
    30 Pistol Squat (w/ assist)
    20 sit ups
    10 HSPU (2 blue)

    modified, modified, modified... but finished. Great job 11am group!

  3. 365 Reps (T2B, PU, DU, KB@20, Wall Ball@20, FS@110#). Only did 45 PU because hands ripped.
