2013 National Weightlifting Championships

The 2013 National Weightlifting Championships will be held this Friday-Sunday in Cincinnati (West Chester), Ohio. Coach Metzger is competing on Friday at 10AM. Be sure to wish her good luck when you see her! If you can't make it to Cincinnati we will post the Live Feed link once it becomes available - watching people throw heavy weight over their heads! What a great way to a spend a weekend!!
