Big Blue CrossFit Fundraiser for Finley 5K Run/Walk

On September 7^th in Georgetown, the 1^st Annual Finley 5K Run/Walk will be held at 6:00PM. This race is set up to help raise money for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Awareness and to support a local family that recently lost a child, Finley William Ellison, to SIDS.

Big Blue CrossFit wants to help raise money to support the Finley 5K & SIDS Awareness and we need your help! At Big Blue CrossFit we LOVE to lift heavy weights, so the coaches are going to have a “Lift Off” to see who can raise the most money. Each coach will have a different exercise and they will try to lift as much weight as they can.

Ryan Metzger - Clean

John Spurlock - Snatch

Adam DeFelice - Clean & Jerk

Ryan DeVriendt - Deadlift

We need you to pledge to donate 10 cents for every pound the coach of your choosing lifts. For example, if you pledge to Ryan Metzger and she cleans 175 pounds, then you would donate $17.50. It’s that easy! 100% of the money raised will go to Finley 5K Run/Walk.

How To Pledge

Send an email to info@bigbluecrossfit.com indicating which coach you would like to pledge. After the “Lift Off” is complete, you will receive an email from us telling you how much your coach lifted, along with a video of that lift. We will accept cash, checks (made out to Central Kentucky Weightlifting), and all major credit cards.
