Below is our schedule for the Winter/Spring semester. Our late afternoon group will now be an unconventional met-con (we are calling it "Uncon Met-con"). This group will be on a completely different program than the 5AM & 11AM group. They will be doing a lot of sled work, medicine ball throws, box jumps, burpees, running, etc. Little to no barbell strength work will be programmed into the Uncon Met-con group's training.

It seems that this institute builds a deep passionate love for crossfit. Surely I will be using best crossfit shoes for men ,specialized crossfit T-shirt,crossfit socks and other relevant while learning it.
