Gymnastics Workshop

Focus: Gymnastics movements - handstands and kipping movements

Admission: $10; 5 people must sign up for workshop to be held

The gymnastics workshop by Coach Metzger is going to be both educational and hands-on; learning about how gymnastics ties into CrossFit and why gymnastics movements benefit CrossFit athletes. The focus of the workshop will be handstands and kipping movements (pull-ups and toes to bar). Make sure to tell all of your CrossFitting friends because we need at least 5 participants to email Coach Metzger by Friday 5/30 stating they will be in attendance.  Cash only :)
