  1. 75 initially. Half way through form suffered and reduced weight to 65.

    Still noticing how unstable I am in the overhead squats.

    Also I am still mechanical in form. Once I relax I am sure weight will go up. Only my first month using a bar and doing Olympic lifts. I'll get there!
