1. At home WOD...
"We be Sprintin'"
100 yard sprint X5
*After each 100 yard sprint, do 10-15 hand release pushups*

60 yard sprint X10
*After each 60 yard sprint, do 10-15 sit-ups*

40 yard sprint X15
*Full recovery after each 40 yard sprint*
