Workshop: How much ya bench?

What: Workshop! Build a Bigger Bench Press

When: Saturday, July 19, 10:00 am - 12:00 noon

Who: At least 5 members need to be signed up 24 hours in advance for the workshop to take place, feel free to bring friends!

Cost: $20 per person

Topics to be covered: "Hands on" education and practice. We will be reviewing key concepts from the Bench Press 101 workshop (set up, technique, etc) as well as learning several press variations and supplemental exercises that will help build a bigger bench press! If time allows we will discuss different programming/training ideas and conclude with another WOD containing the bench press
