In an effort to make our Olympic/strength movements and WODs more efficient, please do not start your warm-up until the coach tells you to. This will help eliminate anyone waiting a long period of time between their warm-up and triple warm-up (or) Olympic lifting warm-up.
As always you are free to foam roll and stretch before your WOD time. If you have any questions, contact Spurlock.
