Strength: power clean+jerk
WOD: c2b pullups, push jerk, burpees

Strength: incline bench press
WOD: a lot of rows and shoulder work

    i could only manage 85 for the wod. not sure why my wrist could support 175 on the fps but hurt bad on the rack for the wod.
    time was 6:10

    I stayed in a VERY nice hotel that had a full weight room. Didn't have a spotter so I just did enough to beat Zak. Miss you fools.
