  1. Wasn't there for the low down so I did the strength as prescribed at 115. Could be the slope of my floor or I'm getting stronger but the pull at 115 I was leaving my feet. Will try this again next snatch practice.

    WOD done at 75# I needed the ohs practice at lighter weight to retrain my right shoulder. Was it ever worth it. My squats felt very comfortable and I could go below parallel. Thanks to all the coaches who got me going in the right direction on fixing my form
