    I think I've figured out the 3-1 single to double-under conversion rate. It's not about equal exercise, it's about punishing you with single-unders until you figure out how to do the doubles!

    450 singles-unders and 150 pushups. I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to get through it all. Glad I didn't look up at the clock around 15:00. Heckuva workout today!
