    Floor press: 155, 160, 165

    Cleans felt much better today. Still need a lot of improvement on technique, but this was the most comfortable I've felt doing a clean in months.

    Floor press: 155, 165, 165 - I could have done a heavier single, but spent too much time on the heavy triple.

  3. Clean: #185, got #195 twice though! Also they were nice deep catches too!

    Floor press: 205 & 235, not sure what my single would have been...

    I did #95 on the upright row and used #60 on the alternating db rows.
