2. Wide grip floor press: work up to a heavy triple (12:00 cap), 1X max reps @ 90% of heavy triple

SA DB bent row X8+8
Band facepulls X15
Front raise X10

    floor press - 85 max, 13 reps @ 80
    giant set - 30, 35, 40 for rows, purple band for facepulls, 12# for front raises. that was fun.
