Hang clean + jerk: 8X1+2 @ 55-65%
*Do 1 set every 1:00*

2. Clean pull: 5X5 @ 70-80%

3. WOD

Sots press X5
Front raise X10
Rolling V-ups X10
Band pullaparts X15

  2. 1. 8 sets at 75# (modified for gimpy shin and old shoulder - 2 hang cleans, one jerk)
    2. 100, 110, 110, 120, 130 (from the hang, gimpy shins and all)
    3. modified the sots press to mobility stuff, green plate, red band. those roll-v-ups were h a r d
