- All new members must go through six "CrossFit Orientation" workouts. You must attend all six classes before you are permitted to sign up for our regular CrossFit class. If you have CrossFit experience and you believe you do not need to go through six orientation sessions, see the *** information below.

New Member Orientation Sessions:
Contact Coach John Spurlock to schedule your orientation sessions. These sessions are included in your first membership/sign up fee.
*** If you have CrossFit experience and do not believe you need to go through six group orientation sessions, contact John Spurlock to schedule a session to learn our warm-ups and daily routines.
